The Canadian Paralympic Media Consortium, led by the Canadian Paralympic Committee, has confirmed its ability to extend coverage plans of Canada’s sitting volleyball games at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games, in partnership with the International Paralympic Committee and local host broadcaster OBS.

The scope of live and packaged content for Tokyo 2020 has significantly increased from the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games, with more sports available for live broadcast and livestream coverage globally.

Each of Canada’s games in the sitting volleyball tournament will now be available for audiences across the country to watch live via Paralympic.ca/Tokyo-2020, cbc.ca/tokyo2020 and Radio-Canada.ca/jeux-paralympiques

The Canadian women’s sitting volleyball team’s first game is August 27 at 6:30 p.m. JST / 5:30 a.m. ET versus Brazil.
