Josée Duquette

Josée Duquette has been assisting her daughter Marylou Martineau since Marylou’s entrance onto the boccia court in 2011. Duquette became interested in boccia when Marylou began to play for the Lions Club of Quebec City. Since their start together Josée has treasured the bond it has created between them and loves the opportunity it has given Marylou to play a sport she adores.

As a sport assistant, Duquette has been able to witness Martineau’s achievements first-hand. Although being a busy mom doesn’t leave Duquette with much free time, when she does find a few minutes to herself she can be found tinkering around the house.
