Logan Campbell

Logan Campbell won a bronze medal in the three-person keelboat in his second appearance at a Paralympic Games in 2016. Campbell, an amputee, sailed with teammates Paul Tingley and Scott Lutes.

Born in Saskatoon, Sask., Campbell started sailing at the age of 13. First sailing a Byte chartered by Sask-Sport, he soon moved on to sailing Lasers and Laser Radials. After competing at numerous Canadian Youth Nationals and the 2005 Canada Games, Campbell prepared himself to continue progressing as a Laser sailor.

In 2006, Campbell suffered a setback when he was involved in a boating accident. Taking some time to focus on his education, he spent the next few years studying at the University of Saskatchewan, where in 2011 he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
