Host a Fundraiser
Athletes from the Lima 2019 Parapan American Games

Bring your creative ideas to life and raise funds to help provide more opportunities for people with a disability to participate in sport and be active in their communities.

A third-party event can be as simple as hosting a run or a bake sale in your community, or a more intimate backyard gathering where you ask your guests to make a donation. It can even be an office team building activity where, together, you work toward reaching a donation goal.

By including us in your event plans, we can help champion your efforts and provide support along the way. Email us at donate@paralympic.ca with your idea and we can help you get started! We will provide resources such as event guidelines and fundraising tips, in order for you to feel confident in effectively and appropriately approaching donors.

All funds raised go towards ensuring that the programs, equipment, and people are in place so that Canadians with a disability can be active in sport – in their communities and all the way to the Paralympic podium.
