Help to inspire future generations of Para athletes by putting the Paralympic Foundation of Canada in your will. A gift in your will or a legacy gift, is one of the most significant and lasting contributions you can make to the development of a sustainable Paralympic sport system in Canada. By supporting a more accessible sporting landscape in Canada, you are helping to create opportunities for Canadians with a disability to participate in sport, and experience all the positive benefits sport can provide.

Host a Fundraiser

Use your creative ideas to raise funds that will help us create more opportunities for people with a disability to choose sport and be active in their communities. A third-party event can be as simple as hosting a community run or a bake sale in your community, to a more intimate backyard gathering where you ask your guests to make a donation, or an office team building activity where you work toward reaching a donation goal as a team in support of Canada’s Para sport system.

By including us in your event plans, we can help champion your efforts and provide support along the way. Email us at donate@paralympic.ca with your idea and we can help you get started! With the help of our event guidelines and fundraising tips, you can effectively and appropriately approach donors.

All funds raised go towards ensuring that the programs, equipment and people are in place to propel more Canadians with a disability all the way from their community to the Paralympic podium.
