The exact roles and responsibilities of the Coordinator will vary depending on the Games requirements, but would include leading the planning and operational delivery of key Games Functional Area programming such as; Accommodation Services, Arrivals & Departures Services, Logistics Services, Outfitting Services, Paralympic Experience Services, Transportation Services and any additional areas of Games programming as required.

Senior Coordinator, Fundraising Events 

The Senior Coordinator, Fundraising Events possesses a successful track record in event management, logistics, and engaging and leveraging volunteers in fundraising events. The candidate will develop and implement event plans that provide first class experiences while also raising funds to ensure that the programs, equipment and people are in place to propel more Canadians with a disability from their communities to the Paralympic podium.

Senior Coordinator, Donor Experience 

This position is responsible for administrative and organizational support for the implementation of all fundraising strategies, database management, volunteer coordination, annual direct and electronic mail campaigns, fundraising and donor event logistics, donor communications and managing project and reporting timelines.  The Senior Coordinator, Donor Experience develops and maintains professional relationships with donors, sponsors, grantors, suppliers and volunteers.
