Tristan Smyth

 

Wheelchair racer Tristan Smyth made his national team debut in 2015 at the Parapan Am Games in Toronto and the IPC World Championships.

He discovered wheelchair sports during a rehabilitation stint at GF Strong after becoming injured in a skateboarding accident. Smyth is coached by Paralympic silver medalist Kelly Smith. His work ethic and determination have now put Smyth on the 2016 Paralympic Games team.
