Patrick Anderson sent a message through Instagram prior to Monday’s win against Colombia. The Canadians have now won two in a row and are on a roll heading into the quarterfinals.
So close for six-time Paralympian Karen Van Nest in Para archery. She lost her round of 16 match by only two points to defending silver medallist Lin Yueshan of China.

In his Games debut, Danik Allard missed qualifying for the BC2 playoff round in boccia, but his coach Simon Larouche was immensely proud predicting a great future for his 20-year-old pupil.
