Robert Labbé wins bronze at Para-Cycling World Championships

Canada's Robert Labbé (Québec, QC) won the bronze medal in the Individual Time Trial race as the 2010 UCI Para-Cycling Road World Championships kicked off today in Baie-Comeau, QC.
