Michelle Stilwell wins 3rd gold; Brent Lakatos takes silver

OTTAWA - Michelle Stilwell of Nanoose Bay, BC has won
her third gold medal at the IPC World Championships in New Zealand. Her third
victory of these games, along with her third championships record, came in the
