This festival is open to people of all abilities. Learn about a new sport or volunteer for the multitude of sports for people with disabilities. Explore the world of parasports as an athlete, coach, volunteer, official, classifier or a parent, teacher or health care provider who can connect someone to parasport.

WHAT:  This festival will showcase a wide variety of parasports including: wheelchair basketball, sledge hockey, and sitting volleyball. Featuring boccia and judo; the two sports that will be hosted by the Abilities Centre during the Toronto 2015 Pan Am/Parapan Am games. Try the sports yourself, meet some of the best athletes in Canada and learn more about how you can get involved with parasport. 

WHEN & WHERE: Saturday, Nov. 30, 2013 from 11a.m. until 4p.m. at the Abilities Centre, 55 Gordon Street, Whitby ON, L1N 0J2
