Justin Karn

 

Justin Karn started the 2018 season with the gold medal in men's 60 kilos at the Pan Am Championships in Calgary. He is a two Parapn American Games team member winnign bronze in 2011. He was also ont he 2012 Paralympic Games team. He participated in swimming, wrestling, goalball and cross country running before taking up Judo at age 13 at the W. Ross Macdonald School for Students who are Visually Impaired, Blind and Deafblind in Brantford, Ont. Karn is renowned for his strength and coordination on the tatami.

PERSONAL

In his free time, Karn enjoys cooking and playing the guitar. He is also learning Swedish and plans on pursing further education in the near future.
