Blair McIntosh


The previous Director of High Performance on the CPC Board, Blair McIntosh is CEO of the Sport Alliance of Ontario. Formerly Director of Sport for the Toronto 2015 Pan/Parapan American Games, Blair has 30 years of amateur sport and multi-sport Games experience.

From 2005 to 2011, McIntosh acted as Director of Games for the Sport Alliance of Ontario. He served as Chef de Mission for Team Ontario at six Canada Games.

Blair was Chef de Mission for Canada at the Vancouver 2010 Paralympic Games. He has participated in dozens of mission teams at various levels and has been lead consultant to more than 75 sets of multi-sport Games at the provincial, national and international levels.

He is also a Board member of the Canadian Sport Tourism Alliance.

The Toronto native began his career with 23 years of service in the sport unit of the Ontario Ministry of Tourism and Recreation before joining the City of London as Director, Sport Tourism, where he worked from 2003 to 2005.
