Morgan Perrin

Morgan, who lives in Whistler, began alpine skiing at four years old.  Morg, as his friends call him, was involved in a variety of sports prior to ski racing, including: swimming, soccer, baseball, and mountain biking.

Morgan finished 11th at the IPC World Cup downhill race Sestriere, Italy for his best result of the 2008/09 season. He also finished 11th in downhill at the IPC World Championships in Kangwon Land, Korea and ranked 27th overall in the IPC World Cup ranking.

If you ask Morgan about his style of skiing he says, “Fast smooth, and often on the edge of out of control.  I like to go fast, so high speed often doesn't frighten me.”  Morgan says he tries to not let his disability get in the way of whatever he is doing which includes activities such as mountain biking, swimming, surfing and even bunjee jumping.
